Formal and semi-formal attire is o-kay!

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. There's a noise curfew at 10pm, so we can move everyone into the lodge at the venue for anyone that wants to continue the party!

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm.

Please message Kaitlyn or Dalton right away if you have any allergies and we can relay it to the caterer.

Ontario International and San Bernardino International are the closest airports to the venue. Or you can check LAX, which is a longer drive, but may have more affordable flight options.

Please leave kids at home if you can accommodate it.

There are not many large hotels around Lake Arrowhead, but please check our travel page for a few local places to stay close, or you can book a room using the room block link for Spring Hill Suites which is approximately 45 minutes from the venue.

The temperature is usually around the low 80s.

The venue opens for us at 1pm on 8/1.

There is ample parking at the venue, but please carpool if possible.
